Who We Are
Nhan Nguyen, M.D.
Dr. Nhan Nguyen attended Braulio Alonso high school before earning his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Miami, “The U”, in 2009. He then earned a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education and his Medical Doctorate degree from Rosalind Franklin University-Chicago Medical School. He then moved to New Orleans where he completed his radiology residency at Tulane University in 2019.
Afterwards, he completed his Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship back in his hometown of Tampa at the University of South Florida in 2020.
He is currently employed with Envision radiology and covers a wide number of hospitals within the west Florida market. He is the youngest of four, with his older siblings enjoying careers in physical therapy, podiatry, and emergency medicine. In his free time, he enjoys working out, boating and trying out new food.
Vu Nguyen, M.D
Dr. Vu Nguyen spent his childhood in Tampa, Fl after his family immigrated to the area in 1991. He graduated from the International Baccalaureate program at Hillsborough High School in 2002. After finishing his undergraduate studies at USF, he attended Chicago Medical School and received his Medical Doctor degree in 2009.
Eager to return to the Sunshine State, he applied and was accepted to an ER residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando. After completing the residency as Chief Resident, he continued to practice in Orlando for another 10 years before relocating back to Tampa to be closer to family.
He currently resides in Tampa with his wife and two sons. He has privileges and works with both the BayCare and HCA hospital systems. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and running in his free time.
Dr. Nguyen’s mission is to continue to give back to the Vietnamese community, particularly its youth, in more meaningful and lasting ways.
